TENDER DESCRIPTION

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the types and quantities of materials within the scope of the individual parts of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "Lots 1 to 3," has been specified in the Assortment and Price Forms, which constitute Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.3 to the Terms of Reference. Delivery of the subject of the contract will be carried out successively, in batches depending on the current needs of the Contracting Authority, based on orders placed within a period of 12 months from the date of contract conclusion, to the Logistics Department and other locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, within 28 calendar days from the date of the order placed by the Contracting Authority.
