Part 1 – Biological indicators and electronic process control systems for sterilization. The subject of the order is the successive delivery to the Central Sterilization Unit SPZZOZ in Pruszków: sets of biological test for steam sterilization (1920 pcs), sets of biological test for hydrogen peroxide sterilization (48 pcs), ampoules of biological indicators for steam sterilization (50 pcs), disposable electronic Bowie-Dick test cards (720 pcs) and an automatic reader of electronic Bowie-Dick test cards with equipment (1 pc). Detailed parameters, requirements and quantities are specified in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ – Assortment-and-Price Form, Part 1. Deliveries will be made on the basis of partial orders, within up to 2 business days from the date they are placed, by transport at the Contractor’s cost and risk, to the Ordering Party’s warehouse at ul. Armii Krajowej 2/4 in Pruszków. Performance period: 24 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement or until its maximum value is exhausted.
