Successive delivery of surgical sutures for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of surgical sutures for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences.2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the document entitled: “Opis przedmiotu zamówienia-Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy”, constituting Appendix No 1.1 to the SWZ.3. The detailed scope of the Contractor’s obligations has been specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter: “PPU”), constituting Appendix No 6 to the SWZ.4. Performance of the contract must be carried out with due diligence, in accordance with the requirements set out in the SWZ, its appendices and information provided to Contractors during the course of the procedure.5.
