2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the price form for each of the 4 parts, which constitutes an attachment to the SWZ. Templates of the Price Forms, for each part separately, are prepared as one attachment in an Excel file. When submitting an offer, the Price Form must be completed appropriately for the part for which the offer is submitted (the other - unnecessary - Price Forms may be deleted or left unfilled). It is recommended that the Contractor attach to the offer the Price Form appropriate to the part for which the offer is submitted, in addition to the non-editable format, also in an editable format (.xls). 2.
