TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract comprises successive deliveries (implemented in batches depending on needs) of chemical reagents. The anticipated assortment and quantities of the reagents are specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract/Assortment-and-price form, subject to the provisions of Section 5 below. 2) The reagents offered must be brand-new and come from current production (i.e. produced no earlier than 12 months before the date of receipt of the subject of the contract) and must have a shelf life of not less than 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, with the exception of those chemical reagents for which the manufacturer has reserved a shorter validity period. The reagents should be free from physical and legal defects and must hold all appropriate certificates and attestations confirming that the supplied product is approved for marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 3) The scope of the contract includes: delivery of reagents, their transport, unloading, and carrying them to the destination. 4) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Appendix…
