TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is successive (to be performed in batches depending on needs) deliveries of chemical reagents. The expected range and quantities of reagents are specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ – Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract/Assortment-and-price form, subject to the provisions of point 5) below. 2) The offered reagents must be brand new and come from current production (i.e., manufactured no earlier than 12 months before the date of receipt of the subject matter of the contract) and must have a shelf life of at least 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol, except for those chemical reagents for which the manufacturer has specified a shorter expiry date. The reagents should be free from physical and legal defects and must have all relevant certificates and documents confirming that the supplied product is approved for circulation on the territory of the Republic of Poland (RP), if this requirement applies. 3) The scope of the contract includes: delivery of reagents, their transport, unloading, and carrying them to the place of destination. 4) The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex…
