TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of reagents and consumables together with the lease of equipment for determining immunological, biochemical, haematological, chemical parameters of urine, in the assortment and quantities specified in Annex No 2 to the IDW - Assortment and price form. 2. The quantities of the subject of the contract specified in the annex to the agreement are estimated amounts and may change depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Part III of this SWZ. 4. The terms for performance of the contract are also set out in the template agreement (Part II of the SWZ). 5. The offered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority listed in the OPZ (Part III of the SWZ), be brand new and ready for use for its intended purpose without making any additional purchases. 1.
