TENDER DESCRIPTION
Successive supply of diesel oil for the needs of Przeworska Gospodarka Komunalna Sp. z o. o. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of diesel oil to an above-ground tank with a capacity of 5 m3 (filler connection diameter 2"), for a period of 12 months, for vehicles of Przeworska Gospodarka Komunalna Sp. z o. o. The subject of the contract will be collected by the Contracting Authority successively, in accordance with its needs, and includes transport of the ordered oil to the PGK Sp. z o.o. base in Przeworsk at the Contractor’s cost and risk. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) has been specified in Appendix No. 1 “Opis Przedmiotu zamówienia” to the SWZ.
