TENDER DESCRIPTION
Scheduled delivery of diesel oil and gasoline 1. The subject of this contract is: delivery within the meaning of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp). 2. The subject of the contract is to perform a delivery entitled: Scheduled delivery of diesel oil and gasoline. 3. Forecast (estimated) amounts of fuel required during the period of validity of the contract: 1) Diesel oil – 38,000 litres, 2) Unleaded petrol 95 – 1,500 litres, 3) Unleaded petrol 98 – 600 litres. 4. Throughout the term of performance of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure continuity of deliveries. 5. The quantities given above constitute only estimated (anticipated) demand and are not binding for the Contracting Authority; they may change depending on the Contracting Authority’s needs. 6. Fuels must meet Polish standards (Diesel oil must meet the requirements specified in PN-EN 590:2022-08, Unleaded petrol must meet the requirements specified in PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06) and comply with the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate dated 26.06.2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Dz.U.
