TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Successful supply of heating oil to the Primary School in Gniechowice” The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of heating oil in an estimated quantity of 40,000 litres to the Primary School in Gniechowice. The Contracting Authority does not award the contract in parts due to the homogeneous nature of the contract. The contract is addressed to specialist entities (holding a concession) and concerns the supply of heating oil to a single recipient. In addition, the Contract is of a value not exceeding the EU thresholds and, based on the Contracting Authority’s previous experience, it results that tenders for such a contract are submitted mainly by small and medium-sized enterprises; therefore, the scope of the contract is tailored to the needs of the SME sector without the need for further division of the scope. 4. Place of performance – deliveries: Primary School in Gniechowice, with the Contractor’s transport at its own cost and risk. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the SWZ and its attachments.
