TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply by the Contractor using its own transport (at the Contractor’s cost and risk) of liquid fuels in the form of diesel oil to the Contracting Authority to the tank forming part of the fuel terminal, together with the installation by the Contractor of the said fuel terminal on the territory where the Contracting Authority carries on its business — plot No. 3/48 created as a result of the cadastral division of plot No. 3/32 located in Kłodzko at Dusznicka Street No. 1. 2. The diesel oil must meet the classification based on PN-EN 590. 3. The estimated quantity of diesel oil is 408 m³ for 24 months. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor’s station be located within 2 km of the Contracting Authority’s registered office, from which the Contracting Authority will be able to use it in the event of a fuel terminal breakdown lasting longer than 12 hours. 5. The fuels should meet the conditions specified by current standards: PN-EN 590, PN-EN 228 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on the current quality requirements for liquid fuels.
