TENDER DESCRIPTION

Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: o 09100000 - fuels o 09134100-8 – diesel oil The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of diesel oil to tanks located at the fuel station of the Municipal Services Company located in Komorniki at Zakładowa 1 street in the quantity indicated by the Contracting Authority. The maximum quantity of fuel covered by the contract during the contract execution period: 850 m3. The order quantity has been estimated based on the quantity of diesel oil delivered during the 12 months preceding the determination of the order quantity. The actual scope of the order may change and will be determined based on the actual quantity of oil delivered, however, during the term of the contract, it will not exceed the quantity indicated in item 3 and will not be less than 80% of the estimated order quantity.
