This delivery includes: a) Delivery of a package of polymer in liquid form (Part 1) – for use in the process of mechanical thickening of excess sludge: - Intended use: preliminary thickening of wastewater sludge on a mechanical thickener. - Provide a reference showing that the products used do not have an adverse impact on biological processes in biological reactors and fermentation chambers, - Sludge hydration (water content) in the feed: approx. 99%, - Final sludge hydration (water content): ≤ 96% - Polymer consumption: up to 6–7 g per kgs m of sludge - Suspended solids in the filtrate (eluent): no more than 500 g/m3 We inform you that the sludge to be dewatered on the belt filter press is fermented sludge with a variable sludge characteristic and possible co-fermentation. Fermented sludge within 65–75% of dry organic matter. Liquid polymer 3.4.1.a) SWZ is used for excess sludge within 70–88% dry organic matter.
