Scheduled delivery of preventive meals in the form of jars and canned goods for the employees of MPGK Sp. z o. o. 3.1 Type of contract - delivery.3.2 The subject of the contract is “Scheduled delivery of preventive meals in the form of jars and canned goods for the employees of MPGK Sp. z o. o. in Jelenia Góra”.3.3 Description of the subject of the contract:1) The assortment-and-price form (Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ) contains the estimated quantity of items based on last year’s order. The minimum guaranteed order quantity constitutes 80% of the estimated quantity of the above-mentioned items. The quantities provided may change during the performance of the contract within a range of +/- 20% depending on the current needs of the Contracting Authority. Settlement will be made on the basis of the quantities actually delivered. 2) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the quantities of ordered items within the provided assortment. 3) The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the delivered products.
