Consistent supply of tubes for collecting extracellular DNA 1. The subject of the order is the consistent supply of tubes for collecting extracellular DNA. As part of the research project: clinical trial/Medical Experiment with protocol number PLRG-HL05, entitled: Efficacy and Tolerability of N-AVD compared to BrECADD in patients with advanced Hodgkin Lymphoma (N-BRAVE)2. The subject of the contract has been described in detail in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract.3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor delivers the subject of the contract using its own transport, at its own expense and risk, to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority.4. The detailed provisions concerning the performance of obligations relating to this contract are set out in the draft contract – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
