Successive delivery of food products for the needs of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Wysoka—covering fresh meat and cold cuts. 1. The subject of the contract is: Successive delivery of food products for the needs of the School and Kindergarten Complex in Wysoka—covering fresh meat and cold cuts. CPV 15000000-82. Delivery conditions: 2.1. Deliveries will be made in batches, in connection with the ongoing needs of the Contracting Authority. A demand notice will be submitted electronically by an authorized employee, at the latest on the day preceding the day of the planned deliveries (the order will specify the exact quantity of products ordered, the delivery date, and the remuneration amount in accordance with the contractor’s offer). Deliveries must be completed no later than 07:00 (the Contracting Authority’s Kitchen is open from 06:00). In the case of special deliveries, the maximum delivery time may not be longer than 2 hours from the time the order is placed. Special deliveries are understood as deliveries of products that are currently out of stock and are necessary for that day. 3.2.
