Successive delivery of food products for the needs of the School and Nursery Team in Wysoka – in the scope of frozen food. 1. The subject of the contract is: Successive delivery of food products for the needs of the School and Nursery Team in Wysoka – within the scope of frozen food. CPV 15000000-82. Delivery conditions: 2.1. Deliveries will be made in batches, in connection with the current needs of the Contracting Authority. A request for supply will be submitted electronically by an authorised employee, no later than on the day preceding the planned delivery day (the order will specify the exact quantity of the products being ordered, the delivery date and the remuneration amount in accordance with the Contractor’s offer). Deliveries must be completed no later than 07:00 (the Contracting Authority’s Kitchen is open from 06:00). In the case of special deliveries, the maximum delivery time may not be longer than 2 hours from placing the order. Special deliveries are understood as deliveries of products that have run out at the given moment and are necessary for that day. 3.2.
