TENDER DESCRIPTION

SUCCESSIVE DELIVERY OF PROCESSED FOOD AND OTHER FOOD PRODUCTS 1.1 The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of processed foods and other food products (“Products”) for the needs of the Contracting Authority. The contract includes delivery according to the assortment and in the quantity specified in the Assortment-and-Price Form constituting Annex No 1A to the SWZ; the quantities shown therein are estimated quantities, and the actual requirements will result from the Contracting Authority’s current needs. 1.2 The Contracting Authority will perform the contract to at least 60% of the value contained in the agreement. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the type of assortment during performance of the agreement if the product offered by the Contractor is withdrawn from production—in such a situation, after agreement with the Contracting Authority, the Contractor may propose another product at the prices proposed for the withdrawn product.
