TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of 600,000 liters of liquefied LPG gas that meets all quality requirements specified in regulations issued pursuant to Article 3(2)(3) of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system for monitoring and controlling fuel quality (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2025, item 1529), in particular in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 28 May 2021 on quality requirements for liquefied gas (LPG) (Journal of Laws, item 1293) and the PN-EN 589 standard concerning LPG fuel for motor vehicles, or an equivalent standard, and must also comply with standards and regulations setting quality requirements that are amended during the delivery period.
