TENDER DESCRIPTION

Successive delivery of road salt for the Contracting Authority in a maximum quantity of up to 250 Mg for winter maintenance of roads in the Municipality of Błonie in the winter season 2026/2027. 1. The subject of the contract is successive delivery of road salt intended for winter road maintenance, in a maximum quantity of up to 250 Mg, to the Contracting Authority’s warehouse located on the premises of the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) in Błonie at Towarowa Street 5, 05-870 Błonie. 2. The Contracting Authority, in particular due to variable weather conditions and the resulting actual demand for road salt, reserves the right not to use the maximum quantity of salt covered by the subject of the contract. 3. The minimum quantity of road salt that the Contracting Authority guarantees to order during the term of the contract is 100 Mg. 4. In the event that the maximum quantity of the subject matter of the contract, i.e. 250 Mg, is not used, the Contractors shall have no claims against the Contracting Authority for failure to fulfil the remaining part of the contract, subject to the guaranteed minimum quantity of the contract, amounting to 150 Mg.
