Successive delivery of non-anti-caking road salt DR, rock salt, quarry salt, non-waste, in bulk to Jezierzyce Municipal Management Company Sp. z o.o. 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery, at the contractor’s cost and risk, of non-anti-caking road salt DR, rock salt, quarry salt, non-waste, in bulk to Jezierzyce Municipal Management Company Sp z o.o. 2. The subject of the contract includes successive deliveries of road salt in the basic quantity of 1000 Mg. 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the option right referred to in Article 441 of the Pzp Act, consisting in increasing the ordered quantity of road salt by up to a maximum of 500 Mg, i.e. to a total maximum quantity of 1500 Mg.
