Successive supply of personal protective equipment for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences 1. Type of contract: supply. 2. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of personal protective equipment for the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. 3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the document entitled: “Opis przedmiotu zamówienia-Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy” (Description of the subject matter of the contract – assortment-and-price sheet), constituting Annex 1.1 to the SWZ. 4. The detailed scope of the Contractor’s obligations has been specified in the Draft Contractual Provisions (hereinafter: “PPU”), constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ. 5.
