TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of dairy products to 9 premises of the Municipal Nursery Team (Miejski Zespół Żłobków) in Lublin 2. A detailed description, the applicable documents and quality requirements referred to in the PZP Act (ustawa Pzp) as well as the subject matter of the contract and the designed contractual provisions are contained in the annexes to the SWZ. The scope of the contract is included in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, i.e. the price estimate (costing). 1.
