Successful sale and delivery of food products for the kitchen at the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 5 in Rzeszów in 2027 - Dairy products 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of dairy products in the quantity and quality specified in the attachment to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract. The subject of the contract will be delivered successively, in batches—according to the ordering needs of the Contracting Authority on working days from Monday to Friday, in the hours from 6:30 to 7:00. The maximum delivery lead time for successive deliveries (each batch) – up to 3 working days from the submission of the order submitted in writing or by electronic mail or by telephone. This period may be shortened in accordance with the Contractor’s declaration submitted on the form OFERTA (within the non-price criterion—delivery lead time from submission of the order). The Contracting Authority requires delivery of goods free from defects.
