TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of high-methane natural gas along with distribution for the needs of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Office in Kielce. 2. The commencement of natural gas deliveries referred to in item 1 shall take place no earlier than after the effective termination of the currently valid comprehensive contracts for the sale of gas fuel with the current supplier, namely: UNIMOT ENERGIA I GAZ Sp. z o.o., Aleje Jerozolimskie 142 B, 02-305 Warsaw. 3. Gas delivery shall take place on the basis of contracts containing the provisions of the sales contract and the contract for the provision of gas distribution services (comprehensive contract) and shall be performed under the conditions specified by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code, and executive acts to the aforementioned acts. 4. Gas deliveries shall be made to gas off-take points (called "PPG"), used for connecting internal networks owned by the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Office in Kielce with the gas network of the system operator. 5.
