TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. A description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are included in the annexes: 1) Assortment-and-price specification – Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ, 2) Draft contractual provisions to be introduced into the wording of the contract – Annex No. 4 to the SWZ 3. In this tender procedure, when evaluating tenders, the Contracting Authority will apply the procedure specified in Article 139(1) of the Pzp Act. 1.
