1. Description of the subject of the contract and terms of contract execution are contained in the attachments: 1) Assortment and price specification - attachment No. 2.1 to the ToR, 2) Draft contract provisions to be incorporated into the contract – attachment No. 4 to the ToR 3. The contracting authority will apply the procedure specified in Art. 139 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law when evaluating bids in this tender. 1.
