TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply over a period of 12 months of liquid fuels in a minimum quantity: a) diesel oil (ON) - 650,000 litres b) unleaded petrol 95 octane (Pb95) – 300,000 litres 2. The quantity of fuels indicated in point 3.1 is the minimum quantity. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make use of the option right, i.e. during the term of the purchase contract to buy larger quantities of fuels (up to 40% of the value of the basic contract) depending on demand resulting from market conditions that are difficult to predict. The maximum quantity of fuels, including taking into account the option right, is specified as: a) diesel oil (ON) – 910,000 litres b) unleaded petrol (Pb95) - 420,000 litres. 3. For the purpose of calculating the offer price, the minimum quantities of fuels indicated in point 3.1 above are adopted (without the option right), whereas the final quantity of fuels delivered will result from the deliveries actually performed. 4. The Ordering Party will place orders as needed.
