TENDER DESCRIPTION

Successful supply of wood fuel - pellets for the Social Welfare Home “Etola” in Ruda Pilczycka The subject of the contract is: successive delivery of wood fuel – pellets meeting at least the parameters of the quality standard DINplus or EN PLUS A1 for wood pellets, together with loading, transport using a lorry-tanker vehicle adapted for pellet transport, and unloading of the pellets into storage tanks (silos) using a pneumatic connection, for heating purposes of the Social Welfare Home “Etola” in Ruda Pilczycka in an estimated quantity of approximately 185 tonnes. The Contracting Authority guarantees that the quantity of purchased assortment will not be less than 70% of the estimated quantity specified in Annex No. 3 - “Price Form”. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims for compensation against the Contracting Authority in respect of a smaller quantity of pellets purchased by the Contracting Authority.
