Continuous deliveries of wood pellets for municipal facilities in the Municipality of Dębnica Kaszubska 2026-2027 – III procedure 1. The subject matter of the contract is the continuous delivery of wood pellets for municipal facilities during the heating season 2026-2027, including transport and unloading. 2. The total estimated quantity for the entire period of validity of the contract amounts to – 72 pallets of wood pellets, i.e. 70,200 kg (this quantity may change depending on the current demand, in accordance with the provisions of point 4.3). 3. Minimum order size: 48 pallets, i.e. 46,800 kg; maximum order size: 96 pallets, i.e. 93,600 kg. 4. Deliveries will be carried out successively to the warehouse in Dębnica Kaszubska at ul. Przemysłowa 1, 76-248 Dębnica Kaszubska. 5. Deliveries will be made after an e-mail order placed by the Contracting Authority, with a delivery time not exceeding 72 hours. 6. In each order, the Contracting Authority will specify the quantity of wood-pellet pallets covered by the delivery. The minimum one-time order is 24 pallets of wood pellets. 7.
