TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance are contained in the attachments: 1) Assortment-and-price specification – Appendix No 2.1 to the SWZ, 2) Draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the contract text – Appendix No 4 to the SWZ. 2. In this tender procedure, when evaluating the tenders, the Contracting Authority will apply the procedure specified in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law Act (Pzp), the so-called reverse procedure. 3. Time limit for performance of the subject matter of the contract: successively for 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until such time as the Contracting Authority’s financial limit for performance of the contract specified in § 3(1) of the contract is exhausted. The contract expires upon exhaustion of the nominal amount of the contract or upon expiry of the period for which it was concluded, depending on which of these events occurs earlier. 4.
