1. The subject of the contract is Successive deliveries of pharmaceutical products for Szpitale Pomorskie Sp. z o.o. to the following locations of the Contracting Authority: - at ul. Powstania Styczniowego 1, 81-348 Gdynia, - at ul. Wójta Radtkego 1, 81-348 Gdynia, - at ul. Dr A. Jagalskiego 10, 84-200 Wejherowo. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, range of products and estimated quantities are provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in the Draft Contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ). 1.
