1. The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries of infusion fluids to the locations: - 84-200 Wejherowo, dr. A. Jagalskiego 10 - 81-519 Gdynia, Powstania Styczniowego 1 - 81-348 Gdynia, Wójta Jana Radtkego 1. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, assortment and estimated quantities are provided in Annex No. 2 to the ToR. 1.
