TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is Consistent deliveries of specialized biochemical reagents, hematological reagents, control materials and consumables for the needs of UPWr units. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the document entitled: “Assortment-and-price sheet”, constituting Annex No 8 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed scope of obligations for performing the subject matter of the contract is provided in the document entitled: “Draft provisions of the contract”, constituting Annex No 7 to the SWZ. 4. General provisions concerning the subject matter of the contract: 4.1. Delivery of the subject matter of the contract shall be carried out successively according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority in parts, based on partial orders specifying the quantity and substantive scope of the ordered subject matter of the contract; 4.2. The offer must be unambiguous and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire assortment of the subject matter of the contract.
