TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the supply of vegetables and fruit for the needs of the Penitentiary in Jasło, Warzyce 467, 38-200 Jasło, in accordance with the description contained in Appendix No 3 to the SWZ and in Chapter XXII of the SWZ. Detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract for a public contract constituting Appendix No 4 to the SWZ.
