TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries to the Central School of the State Fire Service in Częstochowa of cold meats and meat products, for which the detailed assortment-and-quantity breakdown constitutes Appendix No 1.A to the terms of reference (specification of contract conditions). The detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1.1.A to the SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in this SWZ and in the appendices attached thereto. 3. The quantities listed in Appendix 1.A are maximum quantities and may be reduced depending on the number of trainees and in the event of circumstances that the Contracting Authority could not have foreseen earlier. 4. The minimum value of goods which the Contracting Authority undertakes to purchase under the concluded contract is: PLN 160,000.00 gross. 5. Place of performance - delivery of the goods to the canteen on the Contracting Authority’s premises, i.e. the Central School of the PSP in Częstochowa, Sabinowska Street 62/64. 6.
