Successful supply of leaflets publications 2026 The subject of the contract is the printing of leaflet publications, which consist of: a) services for preparing materials for printing, including DTP (prepress) services, b) printing services (press), c) binding services (postpress), and d) transport services from the printing house to the registered office of the Contracting Authority; 2. Details regarding the subject matter of the contract and the manner in which it will be performed are set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Itemized list of assortment and in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – draft contract provisions. 3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 - Labour Code, persons or persons performing the activities described in §4 of the draft contract provisions. 4.
