1. The subject matter of this contract is successive deliveries of medical devices for the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Institute of Oncology – National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice. 2. Task 1 – BO-25,39,41/26 3. The description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance are included in the attachments: 1) Assortment-and-price specification (SAC) – Appendix No 2.1 to the SWZ 2) Draft contractual provisions, which will be incorporated into the wording of the contract (PPU) – Appendix No 4.1 to the SWZ. 4. In this tender procedure, when evaluating tenders, the Contracting Authority will apply the procedure specified in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), i.e. the so-called reverse procedure. 5.
