The subject of the order is successive supplies of wood chips for the biomass furnace of the Warmian-Masurian Centre for Lung Diseases in Olsztyn with strictly observed, specified physical parameters below, without any mechanical contaminants of the type: sand, stones, paper, longer pieces of wood, etc., and without chemical contaminants, i.e.: the Contracting Authority does not permit chips originating from waste production – production with the addition of glue, varnishes, paints, etc. Moreover, the chips required by the Contracting Authority may not be mouldy or crushed (squashed), and should not contain leaves. The Contracting Authority also excludes offering chips from willow.2. The delivered chips must be made from deciduous trees (mainly - maple, beech, oak, hornbeam, birch) and have at least the following parameters:1) moisture content maximum 15% to 45%,2) calorific value at least 10 GJ/t,3) required fraction of wood chips:a) length: min. 2 cm, max. 8 cm,b) thickness: min. 1.0 cm, max. 2.5 cm.3.
