TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this procedure and the contract is to select a Contractor for successive (in batches) deliveries of reagents manufactured by Bio-Techne for organisational units of the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum in Kraków, intended in particular for activities in the field of education, statutory, scientific, research and experimental-development work. 1.1 Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling this procurement procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to financing the contract have not been granted to it. 1.2 The subject of the contract may be financed or co-financed in particular from the European Union funds or other funds obtained within the framework of projects or external agreements or programmes or grants, etc., both currently implemented by the Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum and implemented in the future. 1.3 A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a quantitative list of reagents, is set out in Appendix A to the SWZ (specification of the essential terms of the contract), which…
