Successful provision of catering and restaurant services for the Faculty of Architecture of Gdańsk University of Technology. Description of the subject matter of the contract1. The subject matter of the contract is the successive provision of catering and restaurant services for the Faculty of Architecture of Gdańsk University of Technology as part of meetings organized in connection with: visits by guests, seminars, conferences and occasional refreshments during the term of the contract. 2. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to provide services for the needs of projects funded from the European Union funds and international projects.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Annex No 4 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract according to the rules and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex No 3 to the SWZ.5.
