TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the successive provision of services for delivering and serving meals (catering-type service) for participants of postgraduate studies organised on the premises of the University of Economics in Katowice located on the University Campus, at 1 Maja Street and at Bogucicka Street and at Adamskiego 7 Street. 2. By providing successive catering services, the contracting authority understands the service of preparing meals and beverages and delivering/supplying and serving them within the timeframes and quantities each time indicated by the contracting authority in the order, using the contractor’s own equipment, machinery, dishes, and products. The contractor shall deliver and arrange meals and beverages at the place indicated by the contracting authority. 3. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 modules (where a module is understood to mean a part). This means that the contracting authority allows the possibility of submitting partial bids in accordance with the table below.
