TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part No 1: The order covers: a) transport of waste from the Waste Management Company Ltd (Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o.) in Promnik, ul. Świętej Tekli 62, 26-067 Strawczyn to the place of processing, b) processing of the waste declared in the Contractor’s tender. Upon delivery of the waste to the Contractor, all benefits and burdens related to them and the risk of their accidental loss or damage pass to the Contractor; in particular, the Contractor assumes responsibility for the accepted waste, for proper handling of it, and for the consequences arising therefrom. The quality parameters of the waste are: - fraction: up to 35 mm - calorific value (calorificity): 14 - 18 MJ/kg - moisture content: 15 - 45% - chlorine content: up to 0.9% The provided parameters are indicative. It should be assumed that, for a given batch, the stated quality parameters may differ from the above-established parameters; however, on average for the entire subject matter of the contract they will be consistent with the declared ones.
