TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Bidders may apply for the contract if they submit an offer that is not subject to rejection, and the Bidder whose offer has been rated highest, at the request of the Contracting Authority, shall submit within the time limit set, the JEDZ and within 10 days the requirements specified in the SWZ PŚD, in the following scope: 1) fulfilling the participation conditions in the procedure, 2) not being subject to exclusion. 2. JEDZ statements are submitted only by the Bidder with the highest-rated offer and JEDZ must be submitted for entities submitting a joint bid and for entities making their capacity available; these are submitted separately for each of those entities. JEDZ submitted upon request shall be in electronic form, provided with a qualified electronic signature in respect of fulfilling the participation conditions in the procedure and not being subject to exclusion. 3. The Bidder completes the JEDZ, creating an electronic document. It may use the ESPD tool or other available tools or software that enable completion of the JEDZ and creation of an electronic document, in particular in one of the formats indicated in the SWZ. 4.
