TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Tenders may be submitted by Contractors who submit an offer that is not subject to rejection, and the Contractor whose offer has been evaluated as the highest, at the request of the Contracting Authority, shall submit within the deadline set, the ESPD and within 10 days the requirements specified in the SWZ PŚD in the following scope: 1) meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure, 2) not being subject to exclusion. 2. The ESPD statements shall be submitted only by the Contractor with the highest-rated offer and the ESPD shall be submitted for entities submitting a joint tender as well as for entities making their potential available; in such cases, it shall be submitted separately for each of those entities. The ESPD, upon request, shall be submitted in electronic form accompanied by a qualified electronic signature covering compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure and not being subject to exclusion. 3. The Contractor completes the ESPD by creating an electronic document.
