TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: the successive purchase and delivery of laptops (portable computers) together with additional accessories for various organisational units of the University of Opole. 2. The description of the subject of the contract is attached as Appendix No 1A to the SWZ. 3. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery together with the submission of a successive order, with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the contract/contract (Appendix No 1A to the SWZ), during the period indicated in point 4.1 of the SWZ and within the time limit specified by the Contractor in the tender (in connection with point 4.2 of the SWZ). 4. The subject of the contract shall be delivered to the Contracting Authority at the Contractor’s risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the tender) due to the Contractor. 5.
