Successive purchase of installation materials for the needs of the Forest Technology Centre in Jarocin 1. The subject of the contract is: "Successive purchase of installation materials for the needs of the Forest Technology Centre in Jarocin". 2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract – Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ and in the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 6. The minimum amount of the service to which the Contracting Authority will be obliged to execute is 70% of the maximum value.
