Subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of fuels in a cashless system on the basis of fleet cards for vehicles used by Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej in Kaliszu Sp. z o.o. Requirements for fuels and fuel stations: 1) Unleaded petrol and diesel oil must meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Dz.U. of 2024, item 1018) and, accordingly, the standards PN-EN 228:2013-04, PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06 or equivalent. 2) AdBlue solution must meet the requirements of ISO 22241-1/-2/-3/-4 standards or equivalent. 3) The Contractor’s fuel station must meet the requirements provided for in the provisions for fuel stations pursuant to the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 24 July 2023 on the technical conditions with which the bases and fuel stations for liquid fuels, bases and stations for liquefied gas, long-distance transmission pipelines used for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products, and their location must comply (Dz.U. of 2023, item 1707). 4) The Contractor must have a…
