TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract shall cover the management and rental of a fleet of vessels, with crew where applicable, equipped with personnel, auxiliary means, fuel, consumables, technical and communication equipment necessary for the organization, development, and maritime monitoring of the event Alicante 2027 Departure Port of the Round the World Sailing Race. The service includes the provision, coordination, and operation of vessels intended for press, photographers, radio and television, race direction and management, judges, marking, marshalls, chief officer, hospitality, Alicante Departure Port services and medical care, as well as the management of permits, clearances, berthing, replacements, logistics, personnel, and other actions necessary for their full operability.
