TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this joint contract is to regulate and define the scope and conditions of the electricity supply to the consumption points belonging to the Concello de Oleiros and Aquaoleiros, as well as the new supply points that arise during the term of the contracts formalized under this tender, with the objectives and scope described in the Technical Specifications, the Special Administrative Clauses, and under the legislation of the electricity sector and other applicable regulations. The Concello de Oleiros and Aquaoleiros decide to promote a joint electric supply contract, configured as a single lot, in order to aggregate the electricity demand of both entities, standardize the technical and economic supply conditions, and obtain better contracting terms. The joint contract management will be carried out by the Concello de Oleiros, without prejudice to the subsequent individual formalization of the contracts corresponding to each of the member entities.
